DISTRICT COURT With Judge Peter Breen presiding, the following probate and other matters have received the attention of the Court: In the matter of the estate of Maria Minoletti, deceased, the executors presented their final account and petition for distribution of the estate. The final account was settled and approved and the estate distributed in accordance with the prayer of the petition. In the matter of the estate of John Conway, deceased, C. J. Travers was appointed administrator of the estate upon his filing a bond in the sum of $9,000. In the matter of the estate of Madeline Fraser, deceased, Alex Fraser, executor of the estate, presented his final account for approval; also a petition for distribution of the estate. The attorneys for the absent heirs consented to the approval and settlement of the final account and also to the petition for distribution, and the court ordered the estate to be distributed to Alex Fraser, the devisee named in the will, the executor discharged and the estate be declared closed. Dan Morrison, receiver of the Eureka County Bank, presented his annual report for approval; also a petition praying for an order to pay certain sums advanced by him, as such receiver, and other matter pertaining to said report.
