BANK OF ROY fit to take in the premises. CLOSES DOORS Deputy State Bank Examiner W. F. Kirby Sent to Roy to Take Charge of Institution The Bank of Roy failed to open its doors this morning. Deputy State Bank Examiner W. F. Kirby was sent to Roy to take charge of the bank. State Bank Examiner Woodlan P. Saunders said he was not in a position at this time to give the cause of closing. The bank's last report, dated June 30, showed deposits, both time and demand, of approximately $80,000. John W. Harris of Las Vegas was ingly as follows: the president and F. M. Culbersen of Roy the cashier. State Treasurer Warren R. Gragham had deposit of $3,414.43 state money in the bank secured by a personal bond for $25,000.
