BANK RECEIVER TO TURN OVER ASSETS TO FINANCE COMPANY A court order was issued by Judge Milton J. Helmick Friday instructing Thomas K. D. Maddison, receiver of the State Trust and Savings bank, to turn over to the Albuquerque Finance corporation all assets of his trust, except cash in hand reserved for dividends on which valid checks are outstanding. All necessary books, papers and records of the trust and all collateral pertaining to assets are to be turned over to the finance corporation. The purchaser is permitted to continue all suits in the name of the receiver.
