Bank Receivers Sue Quebedeaux On $37,400 Note Suft for $37,400. allegedly due on note signed in December 1932. was filed in district court Thursday afternoon by the receivers of the First Savings Bank and Trust company against T. M. Quebe- The receivers, William H. Powell and Lester Cooper, allege that the entire amount and eight per cent interest are due, ask for judgment for that amount, plus 10 per cent attorney's fees. The complaint says that collateral put up by Quebedeaux, 100 shares of Lakey Foundry and Machinery company, and 449 shares of the Central Credit corporation is of small value, "not worth over $10,000. They ask for foreclosure on the collateral.
