ANOTHER PAYMENT BY OLD OURAY BANK Ouray, Colo., Dec. 11.-James - H. Tumbach, the receiver for the defunct Bank of Ouray. in which Judge Theron Stevens and other well-known men were officials, announced today that he would pay an additional dividend to the depositors amounting to three per cent. This will make a total of 52 1-3 per cent of the deposits paid back to the depositors. It is hardly likely that there will be any further dividends. Considerably more has been realized than it was first thought would be realized. The bank failed in 1907.
