FINANCIAL NOTICE - UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY. Board of Trustees of this Company, held this NOTICE to STOCKHOLDERS.-At a meetday, the following resolution was adopted: Resolved, That a DIVIDEND of FOUR (4) PER CENT upon the Capital Stock of this Company be and the same is hereby declared, free of Government tax, payable at the Transfer Office of the Company, No. 13 John-st., New-York, on the 18th day of January next. to the holders of said stock at the close of business on the 31st inst.
