Office of Bank Receiver is Moved to Bleyhl Building Harry M. Hundley, receiver of the First National bank of Scribner, has moved his offices from the directors room of the First National bank building to the second floor of the Bleyhl building above the Scribner Sanitary market. Mr. Hundley is being assisted in the liquidation of the closed bank by Clinton Bauer and Miss Beth McKinley. The new location gives Mr. Hundley a suite of offices well fitted to carry out his work.
SCRIBNER, Feb. 15—The marriage of Clinton J. Bauer of Scribner and Miss Christine Bucher of North Bend, occurred Thursday noon in Omaha. Lloyd Bauer, brother of the bridegroom, and Marguerite Dunker, niece of the bride, attended the young couple. The bridegroom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bauer of Scribner, and was educated in the Scribner schools, graduating with the class of 1927. He has been employed in the First National bank at Scribner since his graduation, and is at present employed with the bank's receiver. He will bring his bride to Scribner and the couple will reside in the home of Mrs. Emma Milligan. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Bucher of near North Bend. She received her education in the schools of North Bend. The young couple gave a reception for their friends at Ridgeley hall Thursday evening.
