The Belleville Bank I 13 been enjoined. Upon the representation of Ab. V. Speer, one of the bona fide Stockholders, residing in Belleville, that the company had become insolvent, the Chancellor, (Gov. Penington) issued his injunction yesterday, strictly enjoining the The Manufacturers Bank at Belleville, the President, Directors, Cashier, and Agents thereof, to desist from exercising any of the privileges or franchise granted by the Charter." The Chancellor has also placed the affairs of the Company in the hands of Receivera, who are E. Van Arsdale, A. Whitehead, and Amizi Armstrong, Esqrs. of this city.-Newark Adv.
