PATRONS LINE UP BEFORE Many deposits, some of them large amounts, were made in the DeLay National bank and Security State bank in Norfolk when they reopened Wednesday morning without restrictions. Throughout the day patrons handfuls of checks currency and money bags filled coins, lined up before the bank tellers awaiting their turns make deposits.
