Bank Receiver Suing Casselman for Liability on Stocks against Casselman and interest, representing unpaid balance -his liability the principal stockholder of the funct Irrigators bank, was started terday district court geson, receiver of the failed institution. The petition sets out that the paid capital stock the bank divided into 200 shares of $100 each, of which Casselman was the of 184 shares.
