Coming Cases in District Court District court will be in session in Fairbury this week and next, with Judge Fred W. Messmore presiding. The following cases are scheduled: Friday morning, Jan. McIntyre VS. Oscar Weichel and George Zimmerman, suit on contract for $840. Monday, Feb. 1, Tunis Lapp Cressey Shoe Co., suit for $1978 damages, as result of auto accident last Thanksgiving Tuesday, Feb. 9, suit for equitable relief in connection with the old Plymouth Bank.
