Omaha, Oct. 29.-A suit in which exCongresman G. W. E. Dorsey, of Nebraska, and others are charged with fraud, was filed today by Samuel J. Rothwell, as receiver of Mutual Loan and Trust company, against the Home investment company of this city, in which the receiver seeks judgment against the defendant for $15,341.41. The receiver charges that Dorsey. who was a stockholder in the defunct Nebraska Mortgage and Investment company, together with other stockholders, conspired to form a new organization to take up the indebtedness of the Nebraska company.
