(AP) District Judge Tewell has decided that four stockholders of the failed Platte Valley bank North Platte are liable for $47. 587 in an equity action in district court The action was brought by E. H. Luikart, receiver. The stockholders and the amount double their stock follow: bank president, Mrs. Anna Pielsticker. Scott, $9,999; L. E. Mehlmann, $3,000.
