Suit to Set Aside Transfer. FREMONT, Neb., May 7.-(Special.)-J. V. Ainsworth, receiver of the State Bank of Milligan, began suit in the district court today to set aside a transfer of some land formely belonging to Joseph Roubal, in this county. Roubal was one of the bondsmen of Fiala, the assistant cashier of the bank, and a judgment was obtained on the bond in the district court of Fillmore county, which was affirmed by the supreme court.
