zens State Bank of Lyons, Nobraska, and of Time and Place of Hearing Thereon All persons having claims against the Citizens State Bank, Lyons, Notrict Court of Burt County, Nebraska, at Tekamah, Nebraska, on or before the 15th of October, 1926. day based must be attached to claim. Hearing will be had upon all claims filed before the District Court of Burt mencing at 10:00 a. m. of said day, or as soon thereafter as the court can hear the same.
