Description

Articles indicate the State Bank of Humboldt had closed earlier and a receiver was protecting a judgment lien; by Nov 1930 the bank had been closed ~1.5 years and was in liquidation paying dividends to depositors. No run or depositor agitation is mentioned. I infer a suspension leading to permanent closure with a receiver (government action).
