Miss Mildred Gill and Al Burman of Dakota City and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Colvin of Sioux City attend ed show 10 Sioux City after dinner at the Gill home Sunday evening. Donald Brassfield and Carl Thom son held sleigh riding party Satur day night for a number of friends. Mr. and Mrs. Tilden Goodsell of Hubbard visited at the Frank Rob ertson home Sunday. Howard and Bruce Easton left on Wednesday for California, where they will visit relatives. Mrs. Leap spent the week end at home. (Archie M. Smith, Attorney) SHERIFF SALE. Notice is hereby given, that by virtue of the Order of Sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District of Nebraska, within and for Thurston County, an action wherein Marian O'Connell is plaintiff and Elmer Henry, M. Irene Henry. Victor H. Henry. Florence E. Henry, W. H. Allen, Receiver of First National Bank of Hartington, Nebraska and Raymond D. Lute and Glen R. Lute are defendants. will, at o'clock P. M, on the 5th day of February, A. D. 1930, at the East front door of the Court House in the Village of Pender, Thurston County, Neoraska, (being the door leading to the room wherein the present and preceding terms of the District Court of said county have been held), offer for sale at public auction, for cash, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit: The Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter and Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter and the Nor twenty feet of Lot two, all in Section 18, Township 26, North of Range 6, East of the sixth Principal Meridian, in Thurston County, Nebraska.
