Patronize Those Who Advertise NOTICE OF HEARING STOCKHOLDERS, CREDITORS AND DEPOSITORS OF THE STATE OF HAIGLER, Haigler, Nebraska, are hereby notified: That Clarence G. Bliss, Receiver of said bank has filed his applica-tion in the District Court of Dundy County, Nebraska, to compromise the indebetedness of Carroll C. Jenkins to State Bank of Haigler evidenced by the following notes, to-wit: One note for $3200.00 dated November 15, 1924, One note for $420.83, dated June 18, 1928, and to accept in full settlement of said indebtedness a quit claim deed to the following described real estate, to--wit: tion 27, Township 2, North, Range 41, Dundy County, Nebraska, together with a cash payment of $375.00 and the assignment of a deposit in the sum of $108.47, said application being in writing and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Dundy County, Nebraska. You are further notified that a hearing upon said application will be held in chambers in the District Court Room at McCook, Nebraska, on the 21st day June, 1930, at one o'clock P.
