State to Transfer 60 Bank Receiverships Lincoln, July 29.-Between 50 and 60 bank receiverships will be dissolved and turned over to the new state guaranty fund commission within the next week or so, it was announced by K. C. Knudson, head of the state bank ing department. This is in accord with the new banking law which provided for the transfer within four months after the act took effect. It was approved on April. August 7 is therefore the last day for the transfers. The assets of the Farmers State bank of Hadar will be sold at public auction next Monday, Knudson announced, and the assets of the Farm. ers bank of Page later.
