DEPOSITORS SIGN WAIVERS Plan Reorganizing Brunswick Bank, Stockholders and depositors of the Brunswick bank met last Friday and drew up an agreement for signature, which if generally accepted sult in the reorganization and opening of the bank on sound basis. Following the reading of report of committee appointed to make examination of the assets of the bank, the agreement was drawn up and many have already signed and thought the required 85 percent to make possible its acceptance and the reopening of the bank will be tained. The depositors under the agreement waive 70 percent of the assets and receive 30 percent of their claims at once on the reopening of the bank How much more they will receive ultimately depends upon the amount realized from the assets of the bank not acceptable under the reorganization.
