SHERIFF'S SALE Notice hereby given that by order and virtue of an order of sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court of the Fourteenth Judicial District of Nebraska within and for Dundy County, in an action wherein E. H. Luikart. Receiver of the Citizens State Bank of Benkelman, Nebraska, is plaintiff and J. A. Stevens and Elva Stevens were defendants, I will at one o'clock P. M. on the twenty-first day of February, 1933, at the South front door of the court house at Benkelman, Dundy county, Nebraska; offer for sale at public auction, and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described lands and tenements to-wit: The Southwest Quarter of Section Three, Township Two, North, Range Thirty-eight, West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Dundy County, Nebraska.
