(First Pub 4 8 30)5 SHERIFF'S SALE BY VIRTUE Of an order of sale directed to me from the District Court of Boyd County, Nebraska, on a judgment obtained before Honorable Robert R. Dickson, Judge of the District Court of Boyd County, Nebraska, on the 10th day of March, 1930, in favor of Clarence G. Bliss, Secretary of the Department of Trade and Commerce, Receiver of the Security Bank, Creighton, Nebraska, as Plaintiff, and against Henry A. Johnson, George I. Parker, Receiver of First State Bank, Bazile Mills, Nebraska, et al., as defendants, for the sum of Twenty Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty-one and 15-100 DOLLARS, together with interest thereon at the rate of 8 per cent per annum from the 11th day of September, 1929, and costs taxed at $26.55 and accruing costs. have levied upon the following real estate taken as the property of said defendants, to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, to-wit: Lots Three (3) and Four (4), and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S½ NW%) of Section Three (3), in Township Thirty-four (34), also the Southwest Quarter (SW%) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township Thirty-five (35), all North of Range Fifteen (15), West of the 6th P.
