ARTHUR HEIM OF LINCOLN, BANKRUPT Lincoln, July 2. (AP) Listing liabilities of $241,914 and non-exempt assets of $1,000, Arthur Hein of Lincoln, former cashier of the defunct Bank of Ansley, Wednesday, filed voluntary bankruptcy petition in federal court here. The main item of liability is $225,794 for which Hein is being sued in Custer county by the bank receiver. The receiver alleged Hein was responsible for excessive loans. Hein is being sued also by C. Mackey of Ansley for $3,500 on stock purchased in the Ansley bank. Hein's occupation is listed in the petition as an "office manager.' Chas. E. Matson, his attorney, said he is working on a salary in Lincoln. More than 55,000 new members were added to the rolls of 1,200 Protestant churches in the Chicago metropolitan area during the last year.
