Pay Dividends to Bank Depositors L. R. Baird. receiver of closed banks, announced Wednesday that dividends are being paid to the depositors of the Farmers and Merchants Bank of New Rockford, the State Bank of Wolford and the Union Bank of Portal. C. W. Conroy, district manager at Devils Lake, is paying a five per cent dividend to the creditors of the New Rockford and Wolford banks. A 10 per cent dividend is being paid to the depositors of the Portal bank through the office of J. P. Reeve at Burlington.
