Ramsey Co. Court Order Is Appealed to Supreme Court Appeal from an order of the Ramsey county district court overruling demurrers to parts of the defendant's answer in the case of L. R. Baird as receiver for the State Bank of Wolford, vs the Northwestern Trust company was filed in the supreme court today. The case represents an effort on the part of the receiver to collect on the bonds of R. H. Sugden, vice president and cashier, and Haroid A. Lutz, assistant cashier of the bank.
