# NOTICE OF SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a judgment and decree in foreclosure rendered and given by the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District in and for the County of Burleigh and State of North Dakota, and entered and docketed in the office of the Clerk of said Court on the 2nd day of April, 1925, in an action wherein The Chatfield Cemetery Association, a corporation, was plaintiff, and Henry Wiens, Katie Wiens, The Farmers State Bank of Wing, North Dakota, a corporation, L. R. Baird, as Receiver of The Farmers State Bank of Wing, North Dakota, a corporation, The Northern Trust Company, a corporation, and Henry Koepplin, were defendants, in favor of said plaintiff and against the defendants, for the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty-one Dollars and One Cents ($1251.01), which judgment and decree, among other things, directs the sale by me of the real property hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount of said judgment, with interest thereon and the costs and expenses of such sale, or so much thereof as the proceeds of said sale applicable thereto will satisfy; and by virtue of a writ to me issued out of the office of the Clerk of said court, under the seal thereof, directing me to sell said real property, pursuant to said judgment and decree. I, Albin Hedstrom, Sheriff of Burleigh County, North Dakota, and the person appointed by said court to make said sale, will sell the hereinafter described real property to the highest bidder for cash at public auction at the front door of the courthouse in City of Bismarck, in the County of Burleigh and State of North Dakota, on the 6th day of May, 1925, at the hour of two o'clock in the afternoon of said day, to satisfy the amount of said judgment and decree, with interest thereon, and the costs and expenses of such sale, or so much thereof as the proceeds of such sale applicable thereto will satisfy. The premises to be sold as aforesaid, pursuant to said judgment and decree, and to said writ and to this notice, are situated in the County of Burleigh and State of North Dakota, and are described as follows, to-wit: The North half of the Southeast quarter (N½ of SE¼) and the South half of the Northeast quarter (S½ of NE¼) of Section Twenty (20), in Township One Hundred Forty-two (142) North of Range Seventy-five (75) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian. *Dated April 3rd. 1925.
