PAYING BANK DIVIDEND Payment of a 15 per cent dividend to depositors of the closed Southam State Bank, Southam, N. D., was announced Thursday by L. R. Baird, receiver of state banks. Payments are being made through the office of C. W. Conroy, district manager for the receiver of Devils Lake.
