38 NEW CIVIL CASES ON COURT CALENDAR December Jury Term of Burleigh County District Court Will Open Dec. 1 Thirty-eight new civil actions are listed in the calendar of causes for the December jury term of Burleigh county district court, according to Charles Fisher, clerk of court. The term opens the morning of Dec. 1. Forty persons drawn for jury service are instructed to report at 10 a. m. Dec. 2. # 61 CIVIL ACTIONS ON # CALENDAR FOR JUNE # JURY TERM OF COURT Many Are Old, Clerk Says; Only Few Minor Criminal Cases to be Heard Though only a few minor criminal cases will come before the June jury term of Burleigh county district court, the calendar lists 61 civil actions. Many of the civil actions were postponed from previous terms, according to Charles Fisher, clerk of court. The term will open June 20, with Judge Fred Jansonius, Bismarck, presiding. State's Attorney George S. Register said Monday that the only criminal cases now pending include one statutory action, one forgery case, and several liquor law violation actions, some of which probably will be settled before the jury term opens.
