1 City-County Briefs P. S. Berg of the Dickinson Normal school, is a visitor in the city today. John J. Bader, New Leipzig, is transacting business in the city today. Charles R. Emch, Carson, is spending a few days in the city attending to matters of business. Papers requesting the governor of Oregon to send Edward Dornbusch back to Hettinger county to answer a charge of removing chattels subject to lien were issued, today by Governor George F. Shafer. Depositors of the closed First State Bank of Kloten are being paid & 20 per cent dividend, according to L. R. Baird, receiver. Payment, which total dividends paid to 30 per cent, is being made through C. W. Conroy, district manager. for the receiver at Devils Lake. : Ivan Jones, announcer at Bismarck's radio station KFYR, has received an offer from the National Battery company's station at St. Paul, KSTP, to handle part of the daily programs. The offer came from Kenneth Hance, former manager of WDAY at Fargo, now manager of the St. Paul station,
