NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDIOIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF MONTANA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF SHERIDAN. L. R. Baird, Receiver of State Bank of Grenora, North Dakota, an insolvent banking corporation, Plaintiff, versus Arthur C. Erickson, Administrator of the Estate of Harlen A. Weer, Deceased; Alice M. Weer; and Robert Weer, Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 11th day of September, 1937, at the front (south) door of the County Courthouse at Plentywood, Sheridan County, Montana, at two o'clock P. M., of said day, all of the right, title, claim and interest of said defendants, of, in and to the following described real estate, situate in Sheridan County. Montana, to-wit: The West Half (W½) of Section Fourteen (14), in Township Thirty-three (33), North, of Range Fifty-eight (58), East of the Montana Meridian, containing 320 acres, more or less, according to the Government survey thereof, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
