Bank to Receiver After Big Losses Chicago, Jan. 8βDissolution of the International State bank and appointment of a receiver is asked in a suit filed today by Attorney General Brundage who charges that Eugene Braslawsky, president, took more than $40,000 of the bank's funds with him when he disappeared December 6, and that "fraudulent or unsafe" conducting of the bank's affairs resulted in another loss of more than $85,000. Braslawsky disappeared at the time bank examiners were conducting an investigation into the institution's business.
