Seattle Company Unable To Fill Grain Contracts SEATTLE, Wash., Dec. ..The Oiwell Grain Company yesterday an nounced that it would be unable is fill its contracts for December wheat deliveries and probably would be forced to make an assignment to its creditors. The liabilities have not been determined yet. NEW YORK, Dec. 1.-Theodore J. Keane today was appointed Federal receiver of the Standard Steamship Company on application of a stevedoring company which has a claim for $32,000 against the steamship company. The Standard's liabilities are said to total more than $600,000 FARGO, North Dakota, Dec. 1.The Farmers and Merchants Bank of Cogswell, North Dakota, was temporarily closed today by the State Bank Examiner because of depleted reserves. This makes the seventeenth North Dakota bank closed recently for the same reason.
