BLACKMAIL BLAME Edward Buhrman, Former Libory Cashier, Tells Story of Crime. Details of an alleged blackmail plot which wrecked the St. Libroy State bank, reduced his family to poverty and ended with his own imprisonment, were recited before the state pardon board Tuesday by Edward Buhrman, former cashier the bank.
