NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Notice is hereby given that that certain mortgage executed and delivered by Christian Bertsch, Jr., and Amalia Bertsch, husband and wife, mortgagors, to Bismarck Bank, of Bismarck, North Dakota, a corporation, mortgagee, dated the 1st day of April, A. D. 1925, and filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Burleigh in the State of North Dakota on the 25th day of April, A. D. 1925, at nine o'clock A. M., and recorded in Book 189 of Miscellaneous Mortgage Deeds, on page 154, of the records of said office, will be foreclosed by sale of the premises in such mortgage and hereinafter described, at the front door of the court house, at the City of Bismarck, in the County of Burleigh and State of North Dakota, on the 14th day of July, A. D. 1931, at the hour of two o'clock P. M., to satisfy the amount due upon such mortgage on the day of sale. The premises described in said mortgage and which will be sold to satisfy the same are situated in the County of Burleigh and State of North Dakota, and are described as follows, to-wit: The East Half (E½) of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Forty-one (41), Northern Pacific Second Addition to the City of Bismarck, in said county and state, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of said county and state. There will be due on said mortgage at the date of sale the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Eight Dollars and Sixty-seven Cents ($4508.67), together with the costs and disbursements of foreclosure.
