M'FARLAND OPENS MARCH SETS COURT TRIAL SUITS One Case Defaulted, Another Continued, and Third Is Transferred to July Court cases were set this morning for March term of district court when Judge R. G. McFarland returned to hear suits pending on the calendar from the December term. The term was devoted to jury trials and none of the actions for bench decisions were reached then. This afternoon the hearing of trials was started with No. 63, the suit of L. R. Baird as receiver of the Farmers and Merchants state bank of Driscoll against Elick Larson. Zuger and Tillotson represent the plaintiff and Hyland and Foster are appearing for the defence. Other cases set were: 64-L. R. Baird as receiver for the Bismarck bank against .P. E. Byrne and Belle D. Byrne. 39-Grabinger against Grabinger, transferred from McLean county, to be heard at 9:30 Wednesday morning. 8-W. C. Gehrke against American Railway Express company. 18-L. R. Baird as receiver of the Farmers Exchange bank of Sanger, against A. L. Garnes, L. Engen, John J. Hoff and Mrs. Lenie Leer. 28-Baldwin Piano company against J. G. Belanger. 40-William G. Hoerr against Emmett E. McDonnell. 50-Burleigh county against P. E. Byrne and Bell D. Byrne. 52-L. R. Baird as receiver for the Farmers State bank of Garrison against Eugene Spach, defendant, and William Gee garnishee. 60-A. B. Larson, as administrator of the estate of George Alderin, deceased, against National Surety company. 68-Oscar Anstrom, against John A. Johnson. 73-B. W. Graham, against Nellie Yager formerly Nellie Carey and all persons unknown having or claiming to have any interest in or lien or incumbrance upon the premises described in the complaint. 74-Fred Heidt, against Oscar Weitstock. 80-Emma Oster, against Jacob Oster. 83-Minnie Moffit Benz against William Benz. 115-Ruth Willoughby, against R.B. Willoughby. 121-R. M. Reinestson, against R. R. Rust, defendant, and First National bank of Bismarck, and the Provident Life Insurance company, garnishee. 128-American Travel and Hotel Director company against Parkinson and Jack. 135-H. J. McCollough against Blanche Leyben. 138-Lillian Cook against C. C. Hoskin. Case No. 98 as defaulted; No. 100 was continued; and No. 39 was transferred to the July calendar by stipulation.
