Description

The articles indicate the Security State Bank of Ravenna is failed and in receivership (article of 1933 notes a receivership and sale of the bank building; 1934 article reports a dividend authorized by the receiver). There is no mention of a depositor run prior to suspension, and the bank remained closed with a receiver handling dividends, so this is a suspension leading to closure/receivership. Dates are taken from the newspaper publication dates; the exact suspension date is not given in the extracts.
