SUMMONS State of North Dakota, County of Burleigh-ss. In District Court, Fourth Judicial District. H. A. Streeter, as Receiver of the First National Bank of Washburn, N. D. an insolvent corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Olof Peterson, Olaf Peterson, Anna L. Peterson, Edward H. Richards, George Ward, Martin Bourgois, Amelia Bourgois, Horace Ward, Peter Luyben, Pete Luyben, Blanche Luyben, J. C. Poole, Baldwin State Bank, Baldwin, N. D., a corporation, L. R. Baird, as Receiver of Baldwin State Bank, Baldwin, N. D., a corporation, Mandan Mercantile Company, a corporation, and all other persons unknown claiming any estate or interest in or lien or incumbrance upon the property described ants. in the complaint, DefendState of North Dakota to the above Named Defendants: You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint of the plaintiff in the above entitled action, a copy of which said complaint is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you and to serve a copy of your Answer upon the subscribers at their office in the Dakota National Bank & Trust Company Building in the City of Bismarck, County of Burleigh, and State of North Dakota, within thirty days after the service of this Summons upservice. on you, exclusive of the day of such And in case of your failure to appear or answer as above required, plaintiff will take Judgment against you by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
