Baird, Receiver of Baldwin State Bank, Baldwin, North Dakota, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Péte Luyben and Blanche Luyben, Defendants. The State of North Dakota to the above named defendants: You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action which is on file with the clerk of the above named Court, and to serve a copy of your answer upon the subscribers within thirty days after the service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service: and in case of your failure to appear or answer judgment will be taken against you by default or the relief demanded in the complaint.
