NOTICE North Carolina Corporation Commission VS. Bank of Holly Springs. All and other persons interested in the defunct bank of Holly Springs are hereby notified to appear before his Honor, W. C. Harris, in the Superior Court room in the Wake County Court House, in Raleigh, N. C., at 11 o'clock a. m. on the 7th day of April, 1928, and show cause, if any they have, why the Fidelity Bank, of the Bank of Holly Springs, shall not make the compromise with the former directors of the Bank of Holly Springs outlined in the report the said Receiver dated March 5th, 1928. The original of said report on file with the Clerk the Superior Court of Wake County and copy said is in the of Mr. T. R. Lashley, of Holly Springs, N. C., for the inspection of interested parties. Creditors are further notified to file exceptions to the finding of the relative to their claims on or before M. on the 7th day of April, 1928, at which time exceptions will be heard. All parties failing to make objections to the said settlement, or failing to file exceptions to the findings of the Receiver as set forth in said report, on or before the above date, will be conclusively bound by the Order entered in this proceeding that time.
