NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE. North Carolina: County of Vance: Under and by virtue of the power and authority contained in that certain deed of trust executed by J. H. Wright and wife Zola D. Wright to The Raleigh Savings Bank and Trust Company, trustees, which said decd of trust is dated April 1, 1927 and recorded in Book 146, Page 125, of the Vance County Registry, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and in the conditions therein secured, the undersigned substituted trustee by instrument recorded in Book 189, Page 325, Vance County Registry, will on Monday, January 17, 1938, at or about twelve o'clock noon, at the courthouse door at Henderson, North Carolina, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land containing twenty eight and seven-tenths (28 7-10) acres, more or less, situate, lying and being on the public road leading from Henderson by Ross Mill to the Henderson Dabney road, about two miles almost west from the City of Henderson, in Henderson Township, Vance County, State of North Carolina, having such shapes, metes, courses and distances as will more fully appear by reference to a plat thereof made by S. E. Jennette, Registered Engineer, on the 18th day of April 1927, and attached to the abstract now on file with the Atlantic Joint Stock Land Bank of Raleigh, the same being bounded on the North by the lands of Adam Harris; and the road leading from Henderson by Ross Mill to the DabneyHenderson road, (Clemmons property across the road), and being bounded on the East by the lands of Adam Harris, and Bank of Vance, Receiver: on the South by the lands of George Burton; and on the West by the lands of George Burton, Eliza Hamlet and Ella Howard, and being the identical tract of land conveyed by deed from Bank of Vance, Receiver, to J. H. Wright and Zola D. Wright, his wife, of date November 12, 1924, said deed being duly recorded in deed book No. 132, at page 177, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Vance County, State of North Carolina, to which reference is made for more complete description of the same. Terms of sale cash and trustee will require deposit of 10% of the amount of the bid as evidence of good faith. This the 17th day of December, 1937. H. E. STACY, Substituted Trustee.
