Charlotte Banker Settles With Receiver The banking against W D. Wilkinson, president of the Continental Trust Company, which is now in receivership, ended suddenly today when the banker entered a plea of nolo contendere to three charges against him and made a cash settlement with the bank's Wilkinson paid: the receiver $27 000 and also paid the costs of his trial. A record was made of directed verdict of not guilty in eight charges on which Wilkinson had not yet been brought to trial.
