OFFICIAL PAPER McCONE COUNTY ALIAS SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF MONTANA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF McCONE. HAROLD W. RILEY, Plaintiff VS. ELMER DECKER;, GERTIE DECKER; WESTMORE STATE BANK, Westmore, Montana, a corporation; and C. F. BROWN, as Receiver of Westmore State Bank, Westmore, Montana, a corporation, Defendants. THE STATE OF MONTANA SENDS GREETINGS TO THE ! ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS, AND TO EACH OF THEM: You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court,a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney within twenty days after the service of this summons, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint. The nature and object of the above entitled action is to foreclose and determine the lien of a certain mortgage on real estate given to secure a promissory note in the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00) together with interest thereon, and costs of foreclosure including- reasonable attorney's fees, all according to the terms of said note and mortgage, and which said mortgage and note are dated November 23, 1917, and made, executed and delivered by said defendants Elmer Decker and Gertie Decker, as mortgagors, to W. C. McClintock, as mortgagee, and thereafter by written assignment, duly endorsed, transferred and assigned to the plaintiff herein, and which said mortgage was duly acknowledged and recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Dawson County, Montana, on the 17th day of December, 1917, in Book B-48 of Mortgages, at page 693, and thereafter transcribed in the records of the office of the Clerk and Recorder of McCone County, Montana; also to foreclose the Equity of redemption of the defendants above named, and each of them, and all persons claiming any interest in or lien upon said real estate through or from them or either of them, in and to the following described real estate, formerly situated in the County of Dawson, but now situated in the County of McCone, Montana, towit: The North half (N½) of Section Twenty-eight (28) Township Twenty-one (21) North of Range Forty-seven (47) East of the Montana Meridian containing 320 acres more or less according to the Government survey thereof, together with the tenements and hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
