Three Forks Bank Closes Three Forks Herald: By order of the board of directors of the American National Bank that institution closed it's doors last Friday morning, "pending negotiations looking to a consolidation of the two banks." We have no definate information, but only hope some such move could be arranged to the mutual satisfaction of both concerns. But in any event The Herald hopes the suspension will be of short duration.

Receiver For Three Forks Bank Rocky Mountain American-A receiver has been appointed for the American National bank of Three Forks in the person of V. P. Wright who arrived in Three Forks only a few days ago fom Denver, Colorado.

To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on Saturday on the 24th day of January A. D. 1925 at 2:00 o'clock P. M. at the front door of the Court House in the County of Gallatin, State of Montana, all the right, title and interest of the defendants in and to the following described property, viz.: Lot No. Seven (7) in Block numbered Seventeen (17) in the town of Three Forks, Montana, according to the official plat of said townsite now on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder for said Gallatin, County, Montana, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenants thereto belonging or in any way appertaining.
