This action is brought for the purpose of quieting title to the land situation in Richland County, Montana, and described as follows: Lot Four (4) bounded on the West by the low water mark of the Yellowstone River; and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼-NE¼) of Section Twenty-four (24) in Township Twenty-three (23) North, of Range Fifty-nine (59) East of the Montana Principal Meridian, containing one-hundred four and eight-tenths (104.8) acres, more or less, subject to the terms of an oil and gas lease running to E.
