Fox, her husband; The State of Montana; and if any of said defendants be deceased, the heirs at law and/or devisees of each and all of said defendants; and all other persons unknown, claiming or who might claim any right, title, estate or interest in, or lien or encumbrance upon, the real property described in the amended Complaint, or any thereof, adverse to the plaintiffs' ownership, or any cloud upon plaintiffs' title thereto, whether such claim or possible claim be present or contingent, including any claim or possible claim of dower, inchoate, or accrued, Defendants. SUMMONS FOR PUBLICATION THE STATE OF MONTANA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND TO ALL OTHER PERSONS UNKNOWN, GREETING: You are hereby summoned to answer the amended Complaint in this action, which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiffs' attorney within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons For Publication, exclusive of the day of service; and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default for the relief demanded in the amended Complaint. This action is brought for the purpose of quieting title to the land situation in Richland County, Montana, and described as follows: Lot Four (4) bounded on the West by the low water mark of the Yellowstone River; and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼-NE¼) of Section Twenty-four (24) in Township Twenty-three (23) North, of Range Fifty-nine (59) East of the Montana Principal Meridian, containing one-hundred four and eight-tenths (104.8) acres, more or less, subject to the terms of an oil and gas lease running to E.
