TWO KILLED Tulsa, Okla, May 17 (AP) Two men were dead today and numerous oil derricks in the Drumright Cushing oil field were down as the result of a heavy wind and rain storm that swept the field last night and early today. APPLICATIONS DENIED Washington, May (AP) Applications of executive officers of the New York Central, Baltimore & Ohio and Nickel Plate railroads to become directors of the Wheeling & Lake Erie railroads were denied today by the interstate commerce commission.
