southwest today were checking up on losses from wind, rain and hail storms which struck in the Texas panhandle and Oklahoma and northest texas and Arkansas yesterday. TWO KILLED Tulsa, Okla, May 17 (AP) Two men were dead today and numerous oil derricks in the Drumright Cushing oil field were down as the result of a heavy wind and rain storm that swept the field last night and early today. APPLICATIONS DENIED Washington, May (AP) Applications of executive officers of the New York Central, Baltimore & Ohio and Nickel Plate railroads to become directors of the Wheeling & Lake Erie railroads were denied today by the interstate commerce commission. NOTICE TO CREDITORS Estate of Simon Nelson. deceased. Notice Is Hereby Given by the undersigned, executrix of the estate of Simon deceased, to the creditors and all persons having claims against the deceased, to AXhibit them with the necessary vouchers within four months after the first publication of this notice, to the said executrix at the office of Max P. Kuhr, Havre. Montana, which is hereby designated as place for the transaction of all business estate, in the County of Hill Dated May 5th. 1928. Hannah Nelson Spangelo, Same person as Mrs. M.
