NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE hereby given to all persons who have claims against the Granite County Bank, Philipsburg, Montana, to present their claims to the liquidating agent in Philipsburg, Montana, on or before the 15th day of March 1931. Sworn proof must be made of such claims, on forms furnished on request by the above mentioned agent, which must be accompanied by passbooks, certificates of deposit, or other form of evidence of the claim. Claims filed subsequent to the 15th day of March, 1931, will be subject to the restrictions prescribed Section 133, Chapter Ses89, sion Laws of Montana.
