Articles indicate The First State Bank of Livingston was in the hands of a state receiver (resignation of receiver reported 1925) and later appears as a defendant in a sheriff's sale action (1926). No run is mentioned; the bank was in receivership (closure) rather than a temporary suspension and reopening.
