LIVINGSTON BANK FAILS TO REOPEN Receiver Will be Asked For and Banks Assets Liquidated, President says. Livingston, May 23.-The First State bank of Livingston failed to open for business yesterday morning after having reported its condition to State Bank Examiner L. Q. Skelton late Monday afternoon. The bank is the same institution that closed its doors a year ago and reopened following an agrement with patrons to take a percentage of their deposits in stock certificates and the balance in certificates of deposit for one year, giving the bank an option to extend them for a second year. According to A. Bodine, president of the bank, a receiver bank's assets will be asked for and th liquidated.

# Livingston Bank Moves Park County News—The Merchants bank has purchased the fixtures and taken over the lease of the premises formerly occupied by the First State bank at the corner of Main and Challenger streets and will be located in their new quarters on Monday, November 12. The sale of the fixtures and lease of the banking rooms was made recently by Alban Bodine, the receiver of the First State Bank.
