ALIAS SUMMONS In the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Hill. Daytons Bluff State Bank of St. Paul, a Corporation, Plaintiff, VS. Harvey H. Hutton, Stella Hutton, John F. Sinclair Company, a Corporation, D. Case, Receiver of John F. Sinclair Company, Corporation, First State Bank of Kremlin, a Corporation, C. W. Erskine, Receiver of the First State Bank of Kremlin, a Corporation, Hill County, a Municipal Corporation and B. L. Monahan, Defendants. The State of Montana Sends Greetings to the above named Defendants, and to Each of Them: You are hereby summoned to answer the Complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon one of you in each County wherein any of you reside and to file your answer and serve copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorneys within twenty days after the service of this Summons exclusive of the day of service and in case of your failure to appear or answer, Judgment will be taken against you, by default, for the relief demanded in the Complaint, to-wit: for the foreclosure of that certain real estate mortgage given by the defendants, Harvey H. Hutton and Stella Hutton, to the John F. Sinclair Company, a corporation, and assigned to the plaintiff, covering the Westhalf of Section twenty-one (21), Township thirty-three (33) North, Range twelve (12) East, and recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Hill County Montana, on April 9th, 1919, at o'clock a. m., in Book 63 of Mortgages, on page 56. That the sum of Thirty-four hun dred sixty-one and 78-100 Dollars $3461 78) with interest on One hundred forty-four Dollars at ten per cent per annum from November 1st, 1921; interest on One hundred forty-four Dollars ($144.00) it ten per cent per annum from No vember 1st, 1922; interest on One hundred forty-four Dollars ($144.00) at ten per cent per annum from November 1st, 1923; interest on Twen ty-five hundred forty-four Dollars at ten per cent per an num from November 1st, 1924, and interest on Four hundred seventy one and 78-100 Dollars $471.78) at welve per cent per annum from Sepember 24th, 1923, together with a reasonable attorneys fee of Three hundred fifty Dollars and he costs and disbursements of this action may be declared to be due nd lien on said premises That the usual Decree may be made for the sale of said premises by the sheriff of Hill County, Monana, and that the proceeds of said ale may be applied in payment 01 he amount found due, and that the efendants, Harvey H. Hutton, StelHutton, John F. Sinclair Comany, a corporation, D. L. Case, Reeiver of the John F. Sinclair Comany, corporation, First State Bank of Kremlin, corporation, C. W.
